We do performed role play,tellig stories,dramas ,acting,excursions etc.which integrate attention for every student and it will be very affective for understand to multi language .

It is important for a teacher to establish a set of rules from the very beginning that promote equality. An effective way to do this is to create class rules with students. Ask students to suggest ideas for how to keep an equal and respectful classroom.

ReplyDeleteTo promote gender equality in the classroom, teacher should be thoughtful and impartial, by paying attention to the trends in society and must do best to offer more gender-neutral responses to students.
ReplyDeleteBy few ways, some teachers create a gender bias, often unknowingly, as well as strategies for encouraging and also to promote gender equality within the classroom. As young children begin to notice the differences in social expectations for gender roles, the ways teachers interact with students stand to have a great impact on their ability to participate in their education.
ReplyDeleteTo promote gender equality in the classroom, teacher should be, I think, thoughtful and impartial, by paying attention to the trends in society and must do best to offer more gender-neutral responses to students. Teacher should get feedback from colleagues on any differences they may notice that you don’t. Further, consider getting similar feedback from the students themselves. Use Gender-Neutral Language when appropriate like, when referring to the group as a whole, avoid using gendered terms. Instead, reach for gender-neutral pronouns like ‘everyone.’ If you hear students using phrases like ‘you play like a girl’ or ‘man up,’ it’s important to point out the social implications of these statements rather than simply admonishing the use of that kind of phrasing. By creating a vibrant seating chart, teacher can break up “boys” or “girls” only factions and encourage both groups to take on with each other. Teacher can also be intended about integrating a mix of boys and girls within small group projects.
कक्षा-कक्ष शिक्षण के दौरान पाठ्य-पुस्तक से उदाहरण देते समय अध्यापक बिना किसी भेदभाव के उस उदाहरण को लड़के लड़कियों तथा विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों से सम्बद्ध कर सकता है। अपने दैनिक क्रियाकलापों तथा गतिविधियों के माध्यम से भी बच्चों को यह विश्वास दिलाने का प्रयास कर सकता है कि सभी के प्रति उसका दृष्टिकोण एक-समान है।

ReplyDeleteWhile giving examples from the textbook during classroom teaching, the teacher can relate that example to boys, girls and children with special needs without any discrimination. Through his daily activities and activities, he can also try to convince the children that his attitude towards everyone is the same.

ReplyDeleteGender , environment and special needs, all the three are sensitive issues and should be judiciously taken up so as to avoid any birth of prejudices. Often , textbooks and the society offers a glance at these three and here comes the role of the facilitator to enlighten the learners about it , knowing the boundaries, sensitize them but not labelling or tagging the target.

In today’s teaching tips, we will discuss supporting gender equality in the classroom. We also will discuss how to create a more equal and balanced learning environment.
एक शिक्षक होने के नाते हमें अपनी कक्षा को इस तरह से समायोजित करना चाहिए जिसमें लैंगिक भेदभाव से परे और विशेष आवश्यकता वाले सहित सभी छात्रों को समान अवसर मिले।पाठ्यगत उदाहरण के अन्तर्गत कक्षा 8 के एक पाठ ग्राम्यजीवनम में ग्रामीण परिवेश को बताने के लिए हम गांव का भ्रमण करवा सकते हैं या कक्षा मे ही गांव के परिवेश का चित्र भी छात्रों द्वारा बनवा सकते है जिसमें छात्र अपने अपने गांव को चित्र के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित करें या मौखिक रूप में उनके गांव के परिवेश के बारे मे पूछ सकते हैं। हम लघु नाटिका जिसमें सभी बच्चों की प्रतिभागीता के द्वारा भी बच्चों को ग्रामीण जीवन के विषय में बता सकते हैं।
ReplyDeleteकक्षा कक्ष में शिक्षण अधिगम के दौरान अध्यापक द्वारा जेंडर आधारित शिक्षण को ध्यान में रखते हुए बिना किसी पूर्वाग्रह एवं भेदभाव के, पाठ्य पुस्तक से किसी भी विषय के पाठ के अंतर्गत उदाहरण द्वारा समझाते हुए लड़के ,लड़कियों एवं विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों को ध्यान में रखना चाहिए। शिक्षक के अभाव में भी भेदभाव रहित प्रदर्शन दिखना चाहिए। इस तरह से जेंडरआधारित शिक्षण के द्वारा शिक्षक बच्चों को कक्षा कक्ष में संबद्ध कर सकता है।
ReplyDelete इसकेअलावा शिक्षक जब अपने दैनिक क्रियाकलापों में कक्षा कक्ष में विभिन्न एक्टिविटीज परियोजना कार्य, सर्वे कार्य, समूह कार्य, खेलकूद ,सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आदि अन्य गतिविधियों के द्वारा सभी विद्यार्थियों के प्रति समानता के दृष्टिकोण को प्रदर्शित कर सकता है।बच्चों में अपने विश्वास को मजबूत कर सकता है ।तभी बच्चों में शिक्षक के प्रति विश्वास दृष्टिकोण पैदा होगा। परिणाम स्वरूप सभी विद्यार्थी अपनी बातो को,
समस्याओं को बिना झिझक या डर के शिक्षक के समक्ष प्रदर्शित कर सकेंगे। इसके पश्चात ही शिक्षण श अधिगम क्रियाशील होगा और सीखने के प्रति फल सकारात्मक होंगे।
शिक्षक की एक नैतिक एवं सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी होती है कि वह कक्षा कक्ष एवं उसकी बाहर के परिवेश में विद्यार्थियों में किसी भी प्रकार का भेदभाव ना करें ।सभी को समान रूप से देखें व जेंडर समानता को कक्षा कक्ष में प्रमोट करें। पूर्व के जो जेंडर आधारित पूर्वाग्रह है, बच्चों को भी जो परिवार व सामाजिक परिवेश से मिले हैं। वह भी शिक्षक के सकारात्मक जेंडर आधारित शिक्षण के कारण बच्चों में भी समाप्त होंगे। उनका दृष्टिकोण भी सभी के लिए सकारात्मक बनेगा जो भविष्य के लिए एक नई पीढ़ी का निर्माण करेगा। क्योंकि सेक्स प्रकृति प्रदत्त है उसे बदला नहीं जा सकता ।जबकि जेंडर पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि ,आसपास के वातावरण ,सामाजिक ,सांस्कृतिक पृष्ठभूमि से व्यक्ति के अंदर मिलता है जिससे बच्चे भी अछूते नहीं रहते है। अतः शिक्षक का कर्तव्य है कि जेंडर आधारित समानता के साथ शिक्षण कार्य से उसे दूर करे जिससे कक्षा कक्षा में विद्यार्थियों के द्वारा भी एक दूसरे के प्रति भी समानता का भाव पैदा होगा।
In my classroom teaching about gender environments or special need child integration I aware every child in psychological concept I discuss them about to needy child and give them more attention and opportunity than others.I create good atmosphere for all so they can learn more effective.I deeply watch to no one heart common child or needy.I suggest some books for read them.

ReplyDeleteप्रथम:कदम पर बहुभाषी भाषा के मध्यम से बच्चों को सिखाने एवं शिक्षक बहुभाषीय ज्ञान के आधार पर बच्चों को सिखाना एक कल कौशल है। जो शिक्षण प्राप्त करके रोजगार से आथिर्क मजबूत हो सकता है। बहुभाषीय भाषा दुनिया में उपयोग होने के कारण संचार के मध्यम से शिक्षकों बच्चों एवं नगरिकों को ज्ञानमूलक सिद्ध हो रहा है।
ReplyDeleteपाठगत उदाहरण के अंतर्गत कक्षा 6में सर्वधर्म समभाव तथा कक्षा 7 में मौसी पाठ में मौसी गांव के बच्चों के प्रति सामान व्यवहार के बारे में अवगत करा सकते हैं ठीक उसी प्रकार से हम सब शिक्षकों को सभी छात्रों के प्रति बिना किसी भेदभाव के समान दृष्टिकोण रखते हुए अध्यापन कराना आवश्यक है
ReplyDeleteकिसी भी बच्चे को लेबलिंग, टैगिंग या भेदभाव न करने के लिए पाठ्यपुस्तक में उदाहरण समझाते हुए कक्षा के दौरान सभी को यकीन दिलाते हुए कि सभी के प्रति उनका नजरिया एक जैसा है।
ReplyDeleteThe teacher has an ethical and social responsibility to not discriminate between the students in the classroom and outside environment. See everyone equally and promote gender equality in the classroom. The former is a gender-based prejudice, even children who have met family and social environment. That too will end up in the children because of the positive gender based teaching of the teacher. Their vision will also be positive for all which will create a new generation for the future.
ReplyDeleteकक्षा कक्षा में शिक्षक छात्र-छात्राओं में बिना भेदभाव किए लैंगिक समानता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, मेरे मनो चिंतन से विचारशील और निष्पक्ष होना चाहिए शिक्षक छात्र छात्राओं के ग्रुप को तोड़ सकते हैं और दोनों ग्रुपों को एक दूसरे के साथ आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर सकते हैं एवं विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों को भी बराबर शिक्षण अधिगम प्रक्रिया में शामिल करते हुए असमानता को हटाते हुए समानता का वातावरण बनाया जाए ताकि भविष्य में रूढ़िवादी विचारधारा का अंत हो सकेगा शिक्षक विद्यार्थियों से भी चर्चा करेंगे कि अधिक समान और संतुलित शिक्षण का वातावरण कैसे तैयार किया जाए

ReplyDeleteLanguage classroom and texts used by teachers and learners have a lot of scope to make students sensitive towards their surroundings, their neighbors, and their nation. Most of human actions and thinking is conveyed through language,besides other means of communication viz. Gesture, symbols, etc. Language can be an instrument for discrimination of many forms and biased notions and actions. We know how language can be gendered to downplay or celebrate one particularly sex say female or male or transgender and so on. The same way as certain way of language use could be discriminatory against a particularly community or ethnicity. Teachers and the classroom language sue should ensure that learners are made to sensitive to such insensitive use of language. This could be done in classroom activities by enabling learners to indulge in negotiations and interrogate the biased and archetypical practices.
प्रत्येक शिक्षक का दायित्व है, कि वह कक्षा कक्ष में किसी भी शिक्षण अधिगम को संपन्न करते समय लिंग भेदभाव अथवा अन्य किसी भी प्रकार का भेदभाव ना करेंl विद्यालय में सभी विद्यार्थी एक समान है l किसी भी पाठ्य विषय का अधिगम करते वक्त लैंगिक भिन्नता पर ध्यान ना देते हुए पाठ को संपन्न करना चाहिएl
