What are the basic attributes that you need to have to become an effective leader? Some of these can be taking initiative, maintaining a positive outlook, being self-motivated and putting consistent efforts for bringing change. What other attributes can you think of?

A leader with vision has a clear idea of where they want to go, how to get there and what success looks like. Be sure to articulate your vision clearly and passionately, ensuring your team understands how their individual efforts contribute to higher level goals. Personally working toward your vision with persistence, tenacity, and enthusiasm will inspire and encourage others to do the same.

A good leader should have a broad outlook and vision. He/she should be able to motivate and guide his subordinates. Should be empathetic. Participate along with his subordinates in the activities of the school instead of being a mere spectator and assigning duties. He should be physically and mentally sound. Should be able to communicate clearly. Apart from these attributes a leader should be able to take risks and he should be a role model for his subordinates with his attitude.

एक अच्छे नेतृत्वकर्ता का कार्य विद्यालय में जीवंत वातावरण तैयार करना, छात्रों को विषय के साथ बाहरी दुनिया से जोड़ना, अध्यापको को अकादमिक सुविधाएं प्रदान करना, अध्यापकों का प्रशिक्षण एवं सलाह तथा विद्यालय कैलेंडर का निर्माण आदि होता है।
ReplyDeleteSome basic qualities to become an efficient and successful leader are to value the opinions of colleagues, motivate them for trying something new, taking full accountability of inapt decisions and always have compassionate behaviour towards fellow workers. School leader must be a perfect motivator and having empathetic approach towards the stake holders. An effective school leader should have empathy, should be able to effectively delegate work amongst staff and should lead by example.

एक सफल विद्यालय नेतृत्व कर्ता में अनेक गुणों का समावेश होना चाहिए। सबसे पहले उन्हें स्वयं सीखने सिखाने के लिए हमेशा तत्पर रहना चाहिए विद्यालय में समानुभूति एवं सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण का निर्माण करना चाहिए। एक विद्यालय नेतृत्वकर्ता को अपने पद से नहीं अपितु अपने कार्यों से विद्यालय का संचालन करना चाहिए इसके अंतर्गत हम ऐसे गुणों की अपेक्षा करते हैं जैसे शिक्षाविद प्रभावी संप्रेषण कर्ता अधिगम की बारीकियों को समझना वआने वाली कठिनाइयों को दूर करना ,सुविधाएं प्रदान करना, प्रशिक्षण अकादमिक विकास में सहयोग प्रदान करना , निर्णय लेने की क्षमता व व्यक्तिगत व अन्य सामाजिक गुण जिसमें आत्मविश्वास ,व्यवहार कुशलता भी होना चाहिए। बच्चों के प्रति स्नेह व संवेदनशील होना चाहिए।

ReplyDeleteThe work of a good leader is to create a vibrant environment in the school, to connect the students with the outside world with the subject, to provide academic facilities to the teachers, to train and mentor the teachers and to prepare the school calendar etc.A school leader should run the school not from his position but from his work, under this we expect such qualities as educationist, effective communicator, understanding the nuances of learning, removing difficulties, providing facilities, training, academic development To provide cooperation, decision making ability and personal and other social qualities including confidence, tact should also be there. Children should be affectionate and sensitive.

ReplyDeleteविद्यालय को सुचारू रूप से चलाने व शाला प्रबंधन के लिए नेतृत्वकर्ता में कुछ ऐसे गुणों का होना आवश्यक होता है जो विद्यालय में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने में अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दें। विद्यालय नेतृत्व को वैश्विक स्तर पर विद्यालय के संपूर्ण विकास और छात्रों के अधिगम में वृद्धि के सहायक के रूप में पहचाना गया है।विद्यालय को रूपांतरित करने के लिए विद्यालय प्रमुखों की भूमिका बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है जो विद्यालय के शिक्षण अधिगम संबंधी परिणामों में सुधार हेतु अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देते हैं। विद्यालय प्रमुख को इसके लिए अध्यापकों के बीच आपसी समझ को विकसित करना होगाऔर अपनी पूरी टीम को आने वाली चुनौतियों का सामना कर उनके हल निकालने के लिए भी तैयार करना होगा। इसके लिए विद्यालय प्रमुख को शिक्षकों के दल को विकसित कर दल का नेतृत्व करना होगा एवं शिक्षकों के व्यवसायिक विकास को प्रोत्साहित कर नए नए प्रयोग की पहल करनी पड़ेगी।
ReplyDeleteविद्यालय प्रमुख की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अकादमी नेतृत्व कर्ता के रूप में भी होती है जिसमें शिक्षण अधिगम प्रक्रिया का नेतृत्व करना होगा क्योंकि विद्यालय में आने वाला प्रत्येक बच्चा अपने ज्ञान भाषा एवं सांस्कृतिक पृष्ठभूमि को लेकर आता है ऐसे में विद्यालय प्रमुखो को विद्यालय में मित्रता पूर्ण वातावरण बनाना होगा। सकरात्मक अधिगम संस्कृति का विकास करना होगा जिसमें निम्न बातों का विशेष ध्यान में रखना होगा_

विद्यालय नेतृत्व की संरचना व समझ।
(2)
छात्र अधिगम में विद्यालय नेतृत्व का महत्व।
(3)
विद्यालय अधिगम संस्कृति का विकास।
(4)
संदर्भ आधारित विद्यालय विकास योजना आदि ।
यह सब कार्य कर पाने के लिए विद्यालय प्रमुख के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में वह विद्यालय से जुड़े और उनका बारीकी से विश्लेषण करते हुए विद्यालय की आवश्यकताओं का संयुक्त आकलन करें और विश्लेषण आधारित आंकड़ों का प्रयोग करें,भागीदारी के साथ विचार विमर्श करें और साझा निर्णयो से यथास्थिति अनुसार नियोजन और अनुपालन करे। यह सभी एक सशक्त विद्यालय नेतृत्व के महत्वपूर्ण मानक है।
विद्यालय नेतृत्व का विषय विद्यालय प्रमुखों की मुख्य भूमिका और कार्यों पर आधारित है जो ज्ञान कौशल एवं अभिवृत्ति से विद्यालय का सशक्तिकरण करता है उनमें नेतृत्वकर्ता बनाने के लिए यहआवश्यक होगा। वर्तमान में कोविड-19 के संकट में विद्यालय प्रमुखो की अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारी है जिसके लिए वे तैयार रहें और मोबाइल फोन ,व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप या अन्य माध्यमों व संचार द्वारा शिक्षकों व छात्रों के साथ निरंतर संपर्क में उन्हें रहना होगा और विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति को भी सूचनाओं का वाहक बनाएं जिससे कठिन समय में विद्यालय का एक अभिन्न अंग बने रहे उसके लिए भी तैयार रहना चाहिए। अध्यापकों से टेलिफोनिक बातें करकर सीखने सिखाने का स्पष्ट नियोजन किस प्रकार से किया जाए इस पर भी चर्चा करना चाहिए जिससे विद्यालय सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो।
विद्यालय प्रमुखों की भूमिका के रूप में एक महत्वपूर्ण गुण स्वयं की समझ एवं प्रेरणा आवश्यक है जिसमें उनमें आत्मविश्वास की वृद्धि होती है इसके अलावा नवाचारों का नेतृत्व करना , साझेदारियो का नेतृत्व करना ,विद्यालय प्रशासन का नेतृत्व करना ,दल का नेतृत्व करना वा दल बनाना, शिक्षण अधिगम प्रक्रिया का रूपांतरण के साथ विद्यालय नेतृत्व का दृष्टिकोण पैदा करते हुए स्वयं का विकास करना होगा। विद्यालय प्रमुख को अकादमिक पर्यवेक्षक भी बनना होगा और अध्यापकों को अकादमिक सहयोग प्रदान करते हुए एक चिंतनशील अभ्यासकर्ता बनना होगा जिससे विद्यालय को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान किया किया जा सके। छात्र अधिगम तथा छात्र अधिगम प्रतिफल को बेहतर बना सकें और सकारात्मक बदलावों के साथ विद्यालय को रूपांतरित कर सकें एवं सभी के भयमुक्त एवं अधिगम वातावरण का निर्माण कर सकें।
इसके अलावा विद्यालय में अकादमिक प्रक्रियाओं का नेतृत्व व अध्यापकों में व्यवसायिक विकास का नेतृत्व कर सके एक पहलकर्ता, प्रेरक, सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण, आत्मविश्वास, समानुभूति के गुण विद्यालय प्रमुखो में होनी चाहिए तभी विद्यालय विकास की दिशा में निरंतर आगे बढ़ेगा वह प्रतिफल सकारात्मक होंगे।
आत्मविश्वास, व्यवहारिक, जिम्मेदारी निभाना, अच्छे बदलाव की स्वीकारता. छात्रों के प्रति स्नेह और संवेदनशीलता होना जरूरी है।

ReplyDeleteविद्यालय के सफल नेतृत्व के लिए विद्यालय प्रमुख में बहुत सारे गुणों का होना आवश्यक है I जैसे कि सामंजस्य स्थापित करने का गुण , सामान व्यवहार का गुण ,धैर्य ,सहानुभूति रखने का गुण एवं किसी भी कार्य को सहजता पूर्वक कर लेने आदि का गुण होना चाहिए I जिससे स्कूल प्रबंधन सुचारू रूप से चल सके I
