Teacher leadership is the process by which teachers, individually or collectively, influence their colleagues, principals, and other members of the school communities to improve teaching and learning practices with the aim of increased student learning and achievement. Such team leadership work involves three intentional development foci: individual development, collaboration or team development, and organizational development.

As a school leader we can influence the students through teaching learning activities, giving support to colleagues , organising in service courses to teachers , interacting with students and changing the teaching learning activities according to the learners' requirements, observing the achievements of students , we have to design our teaching learning styles , catering the requirements of gifted as well as the slow learners , being inclusive in various activities in the school.

  4. एक छात्र नेता को दूसरे छात्रों से सामूहिक सहानुभूति जताने में सक्षम होना चाहिए। वह उनमें भावनाओं को जगाने और भावनाओं के माध्यम से अपने मन को नियंत्रित करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए। उसे समूह के साथ अपनी पहचान बनाने में भी सक्षम होना चाहिए, ताकि उसके अनुयायी उससे प्यार करें और उसकी कसम खाएं।

  12. एक अध्यापक नेतृत्व कर्ता के रूप में हमें विद्यालय में छात्रों के अधिगम में आने वाले कठिनाइयों को विभिन्न तरीकों से दूर कर उन्हें अधिक से अधिक सुविधाएं प्रदान करना चाहिए ।अधिगम की सुविधा के लिए उन्हें उनके प्रश्नों और समस्याओं से परिचित करा कर उन्हें दूर करना चाहिए। अधिकाधिक अधिगम गतिविधियां व कार्यक्रम करके उन्हें हमारे उद्देश्य सीखने के प्रतिफल को प्राप्त करने मे सहयोग करना चाहिए तथा समानुभूति व संवेदनशीलता से कार्य करना चाहिए।

  19. There are many roles and responsibilities of a school leader. Amongst all, the most significant role is to provide qualitative and meaningful learning experiences to students. These experiences combine a number of themes such as providing a safe and secure school environment, developing socio-personal qualities, well being, independent as well as collaborative thinking amongst students and most importantly, improving student learning and learning outcomes.

  23. As a teacher leader, we should provide maximum facilities to the students in the school by removing the difficulties in their learning in various ways. To facilitate learning, they should be overcome by making them familiar with their questions and problems. . By doing more and more learning activities and programs, they should support us in achieving our objective learning outcomes and should work with empathy and sensitivity.

  25. एक अध्यापक नेता के रूप में हम शिक्षण अधिग़म के माध्यम से छात्रों के साथ सामुहिक चर्चा करके, आवश्यकता के अनुसार शिक्षण अधिग़म की गतिविधियों में परिवर्तन करके, धीमी गति से सीखने वाले विद्यार्थियों के अनुसार शिक्षण अधिग़म गतिविधियों का डिजाइन तैयार करके।

  26. एक अध्यापक नेतृत्व कर्ता के रूप में ऐसा होना चाहिए जो अधिगम के महत्वपूर्ण उद्देश्य शिक्षण अधिगम मैं बच्चों को क्रियाशील रखें ।जेंडर संस्कृति के साथ छात्रों के साथ व्यवहार करें एवं अपने अध्यापक साथियों के साथ मित्र पत्र व्यवहार करें और स्कूल के विकास में अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दें ।आपदा की स्थिति में स्कूल प्रबंधन एवं समिति का साथ दें ।सीखने सिखाने व शिक्षण के समय में आने वाली सभी समस्याओं का निराकरण करें। गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षण पर ध्यान देवें ,दूर दृष्टि रखें और यह भावना रखें कि उसे केवल छात्रों में नहीं बल्कि समाज में भी सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाना है। सभी के साथ समानुभूति एवं संवेदनशीलता का कार्य एवं व्यवहार करें।
    शिक्षक द्वारा विभिन्न गतिविधियां कार्यक्रम द्वारा मुख्य उद्देश्य सीखने के प्रतिफल को प्राप्त करने हेतु शाला प्रबंधन को ,सहयोगी मित्रों व बच्चों में सहयोग करना चाहिए। बच्चों के साथ सक्रिय अधिगम करें। शिक्षक नेतृत्व करता अपने ज्ञान को विषय से संबंधित जो है उसे विद्यार्थी केंद्रित शिक्षाशास्त्र को कैसे समझे व बच्चों को कैसे समझाएं इसके लिए यह जरूरी है कि अधिगम को कैसे बढ़ाना है इस पर उन्हें सोचना होगा। अध्ययन अध्यापन पर आने वाली कठिनाइयों को ,चुनौती को स्वीकार कर विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी बेहतर अधिगम करने की दिशा में चिंतन मनन करना होगा और पूरे वर्ष वर्ष उद्देश्य पर डटे रहना होगा ,अपनी पर्सनल वैल्यू को समझना होगा साथ ही सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण व आत्मविश्वास बनाए रखना होगा।
    जहां तक छात्र नेता की बात है तो उनमें भी छात्र लीडरशिप के गुण होने चाहिए वह अपने छात्र छात्रों की समस्याओं को निराकृत करने के लिए पहल करें आत्मविश्वास से भरा हुआ और सकारात्मक सोच के साथ स्कूल प्रबंधन एवं अध्यापकों का साथ दें विपदा की स्थिति को समझते हुए परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए स्कूल की भलाई के लिए कार्य करें जिसमें छात्रों का हित सर्वोपरि रूप से जुड़ा हुआ हो यह कार्य सकारात्मकता के साथ होना चाहिए ना की नकारात्मक हो। इसके अलावा आवाज में भी वह बुलंद हो, अपनी बात को अध्यन अध्यापन से संबंधित अपनी समस्याओं को शिक्षक विद्यालय प्रमुख की समक्ष रखने में सक्षम हो।

  28. A teacher as a leader should be one who keeps the students active in teaching-learning. Be able to solve all the problems of the students immediately. A teacher is a hero in the eyes of the students. A teacher has to be an example.
    The student leader should also have the qualities of student leadership, he should take the initiative to solve the problems of his student colleagues and also support the school management and teachers.

  30. अध्यापक शिक्षण अधिगम की प्रक्रिया में ऐसी रणनीतियों का प्रयोग कर जो विद्यार्थी अधिगम में आने वाले समस्याओं का निवारण कर सकती हैं। अपना दैनिक अवलोकन करके अपनी कमियों पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित कर सकता है तथा उन कमियों को दूर करने का प्रयास कर सकता है और नई रणनीतियों के साथ अपने आप को विद्यार्थियों के सामने प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। अध्यापक केवल कक्षा-कक्ष तक ही सीमित न रहकर विद्यार्थियों के दैनिक क्रियाकलापों व गतिविधियों का अवलोकन कर उनमें दृष्टिगोचर होने वाली खूबियों या कमियों से विद्यार्थियों का परिचय करवा सकता है।यदि खूबियां हैं तो प्रशंसा करके विद्यार्थियों का आत्मविश्वास बढ़ा सकता है और यदि कमियां हैं तो सकारात्मक तरीके से उन कमियों को दूर करने के उपाय बताकर विद्यार्थियों का मार्गदर्शन कर सकता है।
