Innovation is essential for the growth of any company. But that’s a very generic way of describing innovation. To successfully implement innovation, you need to know exactly what makes an innovative organization as well as how it contributes to its growth.
ReplyDeleteFor the majority of us, innovation is about seeking an approach to blue-sky thinking. But that’s a far too clichéd definition to go by. What business people don’t know is that creativity is challenging to achieve. It requires investment of resources to fulfill the needs of innovative management in an organization.

Eklavya is a non-profit, non-government organisation that develops and field tests innovative educational programmes and trains resource people to implement these programmes. It functions through a network of education resource centres located in Madhya Pradesh.
ReplyDeleteFor over two decades, Eklavya has sought to relate the content and pedagogy of education – both formal and non-formal - to social change and the all-round development of the learner.
It evolves learner-centred teaching methodologies that foster problem-solving skills in children and encourage them to ask questions about their natural and social environment. This approach helps children become life-long self-learners.
Eklavya looks at innovation holistically, which means that reforms in classroom practices are accompanied by reforms in examination systems, teacher training methods and the way schools are managed. It also means that learning spaces are extended beyond the school into the community.
Eklavya has built up an extensive base of resource materials that includes educational literature, children's literature, magazines, textbooks and other learning aids.

ReplyDeleteहमारे राज्य द्वारा आदिवासी बहुल इलाकों में एकलव्य विद्यालय की स्थापना कर एक बहुत अच्छा प्रयास किया गया ।इसमें उन बच्चों को काफी लाभ होता है जो पहले विद्यालय दूर होने के कारण अध्ययन बीच मे ही छोड़ देते थे।

ReplyDeleteHimachal has one of the highest literacy rates in India. Hamirpur District is among the top districts in the country for literacy. Education rates among women are quite encouraging in the state. Himachal Pradesh is home to many educational institutions offering a wide variety of courses.

ReplyDeleteएकलव्य स्कूल की स्थापना आदिवासी बच्चों को शिक्षित कर आगे लाने पर जोर दिया गया है पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों या दूरस्थ अंचल में बसे हुए आदिवासी बच्चे आर्थिक कारणों से या पहुंच विहीन होने के कारण से पढ़ाई छोड़ना पड़ता था आज एकलव्य स्कूल के खुलने से यह बच्चे अपना सपना पूरा कर सकते हैं

ReplyDeleteकोरोना वायरस लौकडाउन के दौरान छात्रों की पढाई जारी रखने हेतु हिमाचल सरकार ने अनूठी पहल की है। इस पहल में हिमाचल सरकार ने ”हर घर पाठशाला” अभियान शुरू किया गया है जिसमें आपको रोज़ाना बच्चों की पढ़ाई के लिए कुछ वीडियो और अभ्यास कार्य मिलेंगे जिससे बच्चे घर बैठे ही पढाई कर सकेगें।

ReplyDeleteछत्तीसगढ सरकार ने कोरोना महामारी के दौरान लाकडाउन मे छात्रों की पढ़ाई को ध्यान में रखते हुए "पढई तुहंर द्वार" अभियान चालु किया है, जिससे की छात्रों को घर बैठे ही शिक्षक आनलाईन के जरिए पढाते है तथा पढ़ाई से संबंधित विडियो भी छात्रों को प्राप्त होते है। ये हमारे राज्य की बहुत अच्छी पहल है, जिससे काफी छात्र लाभान्वित हुए है।

For CWSN childs Saksham 1and 2for special needy students and providing coaching for IAS./PSC.and other exams for Tribes students in their own location. Godhan nyay yojna.etc.
ReplyDeletePadhai Tuhar Duwar has been started by the Chhattisgarh Education Department. There will also be online classes in this portal, which children can take advantage of without paying any fees. Through this, teachers and children can connect from their respective homes through video conference and study while talking. This portal can be for the child of not only Chhattisgarh but every Hindi speaking state. Any child of the country can join this portal and use the study material present in it. This is a very good effort of the state.
ReplyDeleteहमारे राज्य छत्तीसगढ़ में भी भारत के अन्य राज्यों की तरह एकलव्य आदर्श आवासीय विद्यालय की स्थापना संविधान के अनुच्छेद 271 (1) के तहत की गई है। जनजातिय कार्य मंत्रालय नई दिल्ली, केंद्र सरकार की यह योजना है जिसे राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित किया जा रहा है जो आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्रों में व्यवस्थित है।ये स्कूल अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए हैं जिसमें बालक बालिकाएं समान रूप से गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त कर विकास की ओर बढ़े साथ ही इनका शारीरिक ,मानसिक व सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक विकास हो सके इस उद्देश्य के द्वारा यह योजना संचालित की गई है। एकलव्य विद्यालय देश के विभिन्न राज्यों के सभी जिलों के विकास खंडों में खोले जा रहे हैं जहां पर जनजाति वर्ग की आबादी 50% या जनसंख्या 20,000 से अधिक है। यह एक मील का पत्थर है जो शीघ्र ही गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा एवं निशुल्क आवासीय सुविधा, भोजन, पुस्तक कापियां लेखन सामग्री, गणवेश, स्वास्थ्य सुविधा एवं अन्य सुविधाओं के द्वारा बच्चों को छात्रावास में रखकर आईसीटी के मानकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए जेंडर संस्कृति के साथ गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा देने के अथक प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं ।ताकि बच्चे सीखने के प्रतिफल को प्राप्त कर एक सामाजिक व्यक्तित्व के साथ विश्व परिदृश्य के समकक्ष खड़ा होकर देश की सेवा में अपना योगदान दे सकें। छत्तीसगढ़ में वर्तमान में 71 एकलव्य आदर्श आवासीय विद्यालयों की स्थापना हो चुकी है। आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्रों में एकलव्य विद्यालयो की स्थापना बहुत ही दूरगामी परिणाम देने वाला है। जनजाति वर्ग के बच्चे जो बीच में ही विभिन्न कठिनाइयों के कारण शाला छोड़ देते थे और उनकी पढ़ाई की निरंतरता में जो कमी आ रही थी उसे देखते हुए यह विद्यालय निसंदेह पर्यावरणीय एवं अकादमिक मानकों के आधार पर स्थापित किया गया है ताकि इस वर्ग के बच्चे आगे बढ़ सके और अपनी शिक्षा पूर्ण कर सकें।
ReplyDeleteछत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा कोविड-19 के संक्रमण को देखते हुए "पढ़ई तुहर द्दुआर""द्वारा सभी स्तर की कक्षाओं के बच्चों के लिए एक अभियान चलाया है जो ऑफलाइन एवं ऑनलाइन दोनों ही मोड पर है। इसके माध्यम से बच्चों ने शिक्षा ग्रहण की है जिसमें अन्य शिक्षकों ने नए नए प्रकार के नवाचार किए हैं और बच्चों को पढ़ाया है। निसंदेह इसका परिणाम छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए सकारात्मक रहा।
इसके अलावा मोहल्ला क्लास भी एक अभिनव प्रयास था जिसमें कक्षा छठवीं से लेकर 12वीं के बच्चों को जिस मोहल्ले में जो स्कूल है उन्हें बुलाया जाता था और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग पर कोविड-19 पालन करते हुए स्कूल के बाहर मैदान में या खुले जगह पर पढ़ाया जाता था जिसमें बच्चे पढ़ाई से जुड़े रहे और उनकी पढ़ाई के प्रति रुचि बनी रहे। यह नवाचार ही सफल रहा और बच्चों को सीखने के प्रतिफल एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा में सहायक रहा। बच्चे वर्ष भर निरंतर शिक्षा से जुड़े रहे और उनमें जागरूकता बनी रही।
Education at your doorstep- "pdhai tuhar dwar" launched by cg government is one of the most popular and innovative e-platform given to the students being able to continue their studies during this pendamic period .in this platform different types of innovatives are done by our teachers for improving learning to students.they are utilizing video lectures, simulation, animation, worksheet etc via this portal . Students are connected via video conferences for online interaction.this is proving very beneficial for all the students .
