In school children were comes to know through teacher what is wrong and what is correct in sexual abusing. Tearcher have to knows about their family background where is commen to use this, we have to convince them to make good habbite, respect to all peers through coedutaion . Aware them to keep good discipline and well behavior, give respect in school in society although.

we need to set up a well vigilant and informed community that is confident in making judgments and assertive in taking actions. Additionally, schools have a great role to play in it as they not only render learning and education, but also ensure children’s safety and protection as priority. So, it is essential that parents, teachers and educators working with children and young people are able to understand the role each plays in protecting children.

Keeping a hawk's eye on their activities is a binding duty of every teacher.

ReplyDeleteAbused children sometimes present information in a piecemeal fashion to test an adult's response to what they share. Therefore, it is vital for teachers and other school personnel to be provided with training not only in detecting possible abuse but in responding to intentional and accidental disclosure by children.
ReplyDeleteस्कूलों में लैंगिग शोषण को रोकने के लिए बच्चों को जागरूक करना होगा उनको ऐसे समझाना होगा कि किसी के छुने से उनको ये पता चल जाये उसका इरादा क्या है।और उस समय उनको चार काम करना है -चिल्लाना, हटाना, दूर जाना और बताना।साथ ही बच्चे कहीं अकेले न जाकर दो,तीन या समूह में जाये।

ReplyDeleteChild abuse in general and sexual abuse in particular is such a complex problem that no one sector of society can tackle it single handedly. Cooperation between school personal and child protective services workers is vital, but the roles and authority of both organizations must be clearly understood before a collaborative relationship can develop. Designating a liaison person to provide continuity between these two organizations is one way of increasing mutual understanding.
ReplyDeleteTo prevent sexual exploitation in schools, children have to be made aware, they have to be explained in such a way that by touching someone, they know what their intention is. And at that time they have to do four things - shout, remove, go away and tell. Also, children should not go anywhere alone, go in two, three or groups.

बाल यौन शोषण की रोकथाम मे स्कूल महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है स्कूल मे छात्रों को बाल यौन शोषण की जानकारी देकर, उन्हें बेड टच और गुड टच के बारे मे बता के, इस विषय के एक्सपर्ट को बुला के छात्रों को जानकारी दी जा सकती है। जिससे कि छात्र बाल यौन शोषण के बारे मे सही जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे और खुल कर अपने शिक्षक के सामने अपनी बात रख सकेंगे।

In education, teachers and other school staff play a very important role in pupil safety and child protection. The terms ‘child protection’ and ‘safeguarding’ are used synonymously. Create safe environments for children and young people through robust safeguarding practices in school. Ensure that adults who work in the school, including volunteers, don’t pose a risk to children. Make sure staff are trained, know how to respond to concerns and keep-up-to-date with policy and practice.Teach children and young people about staying safe in school and online. Maintain an environment where children feel confident to approach any member of staff if they have a worry or problem.
