All sons are not give proper care of their parents therefore legal property rule should be change. Girls not mature in early age and should not marry. Dowry is very bad for society daughter also not behind son in any manner. Girls have also right to similar to the boys
ReplyDeleteDaughters should also legally get per capita property as they too have a child like daughter. They should not get married until the girls are physically and mentally mature, they face many problems in the future due to immaturity. Both men and women are nurturers and carers in society because women have the same potential as men. Dowry is a social evil. It should be immediately socially closed. Girls also have the same ability as men, so they should be given preference like sons. Menstruation is a natural physiological process, its taboo should be eliminated. Girls should be involved in physical activities as physical activities are necessary for their health. It is totally wrong that girls are temporary members of the family, nowadays girls take care of their parents more than boys and they support them for lifetime.

It is made worse by poverty, lack of education, harmful social norms and practices, and insecurity. Child, early or forced marriage or unions are a violation of children’s human rights.

The dowry was property or gift give by the parents of bride, or on her behalf by anyone else, to the groom or groom's father, at their marriage. Nowadays Dowry system is becoming like busoness for some caste. It is becoming a burden for brides family. But dowry system is like a suicidal bag for many people who are not strong financialy. It is stigma on our society we should take initiative to change this system by education.

No reason why sons are legal heirs of family property,early marriage may affect physical and mental health of girls, girls are also caregiver/nurtures , practice of dowry is harmful for the society,no reason why to give preference to sons over ,doughters, mensuration taboo must be removed as it is natural or physiological process, girls have the equal right to move freely like boys, not true girls are also permanent members of family.

• practice of dowry system is illegal in India but it still in practice in India .I don't know what to say but we can prevent dowry system by educating our daughter.enourage them to have their own career.teach them to be independent and responsible.

Daughters also can nurture and care of their own parents better than sons.
Dowry giving and taking is criminal offence for the society .
Preference of sons over daughter is not right for the society .this is not a good example for us and for our children.
There can't be given the place to menstrual taboos and myths in the society and country.
This is the big problem of restriction on physical mobility of girls in our country . It should be stopped in our society because girls are also capable for moving any place and doing everything.
There is not any kind of rule and law for girls are non permanent members of the family in our constitution. Girls are also capable for handle the responsibility of the family.
Son and daughter are equal now a days. So both of them are equally legal heirs of his / her family property. Early marriage of girls is not justice with them .They are not physically and mentally mature at early stages. Women are also caregivers like men. Dowry is not good for society. It is a social evil. There is a need to change this type of Idea because daughters are also able to take responsibility of their families like a son . Girls are capable to do everything and go everywhere independently. Girls are also permanent members of their family like boys.

ReplyDeleteMarriage is an happy and auspicious happening in ones life. It has to be done with ones consent and approval. Early marriage of girls has to stopped as they too have some dreams to achieve in their life. Girl should be emotionally stable, physically developed, socially alert and independent to take the decision of marring to a person
Any person can be a care giver irrespective of gender.
Giving as well as taking of dowry has to be eliminated. Today we have legal rights and dowry law also to diminish this thing from our society.
Preference should be given to an individual depending upon his/her abilities, values and qualities.
Proper guidance and counselling should be provided to our society about these natural and biological changes in female body.
Apart from restrictions proper concerns should be communicated and discussed with the individuals for their safety and welfare.
Every member plays an important and crucial role in the family.

Girls and boys married as children more likely lack the skills, knowledge and job prospects needed to lift their families out of poverty and contribute to their country's social and economic growth.
While it is commonly thought that a dowry is always given by a woman to her future husband, it is the reverse in other cultures, where the groom offers a gift to the bride or her family upon marriage. The dowry can serve as a gift to in-laws or insurance for the bride should she choose to leave her husband.

First of all, we have to change our thinking. No difference will have to be made between sons and daughters. The evils like dowry system or male dominated society which have been going on for centuries will have to be replaced with good education. "The society will change if the mind changes, if the society changes then the country will definitely change".

ReplyDeleteIn this manner I want say all parents boys and girls thal all stereotypes thought have except and broad conept for girls is useful for our society if we change our thoughts tat will make a new and good generation for good delopment of society it affects countries(India) upword because it helps healthy mind all of us so crime against girls as abortion. Rape. Kidnapping. Abusing.sexual harassment will decreases and increase equality for both girls and boys.

ReplyDeleteMenstruation is the time of women who need the care and protection of women, but with time someone made it a discriminating line. If our birth is unholy, then our birth is unholy, and the creation is also unholy, some years ago women had hygiene facilities, what kind of work did they do, keeping in mind the people of that time. Used to give women some rest time. But today it is forbidden to take her wrongly and go to some places and it is wrong that if the mother's body does not have menstruation then we would not be born.

Today mostly sons are not responsible to cure their parent's so the property and other assest of parents have legal rights to whome have they pay. Early marriage of girls is ethically is now going to change most of families aware to go on heigher education for their achivment of goal. Practice of dowry will be solve due to make equal share in parential property and best education. So now this way there is no requirmet presence of son on doughter. Gives self defense education then they will no restricted on physically mobility. Today is culture of small family due education so there is no issue of permanent member of family both girls & boys.
ReplyDeleteIn our society, there are some misconceptions regarding the men and women, the need to change them. As it is said, the son has legal right over the family property .Whereas, the boy and the girl have equal rights over the property. Similarly, men are the caretakers of the family. Whereas at present girls are also registering their presence in every field by joining shoulder to shoulder like boys. Girls should not treat us as boys.

Daughters should also legally get per capita property as they too have a child like daughter. They should not get married until the girls are physically and mentally mature, they face many problems in the future due to immaturity. Both men and women are nurturers and carers in society because women have the same potential as men. Dowry is a social evil. It should be immediately socially closed. Girls also have the same ability as men, so they should be given preference like sons. Menstruation is a natural physiological process, its taboo should be eliminated. Girls should be involved in physical activities as physical activities are necessary for their health. It is totally wrong that girls are temporary members of the family, nowadays girls take care of their parents more than boys and they support them for lifetime.
