Refer to the syllabus of any subject/class of your State/ UT and also the Learning Outcomes in that subject/class in the NCERT document on Elementary Stage. How do you think the two are related?

Learning outcomes are statements about what students will know and be able to do with what they know and upon successful completion of the course. Learning outcomes benifit faculty because they form a solid foundation for course organization and planning.

ReplyDeleteTeaching and assessment strategies are integrated to ensure that students are able to understand the potential of reading, learning and have a pleasant experience of reading and engaging with the lesson. Some possible scenarios and assessment strategies are suggested keeping in mind the student's interest. Teachers can organize on the basis of the condition of their class and the text, so that they can join with them and give their responses on the basis of thought.

The outcomes sought are over-arching and do not match the headings or topics of a syllabus, nor should each curriculum area taught have a matching learning outcome.
ReplyDeleteAs far as possible, learning outcomes need to be clear, sharp and clear-cut. Each outcome specified should be capable of only one single interpretation.
Even though you are not required to, you should explicitly state your course objectives. And student learning outcomes in your syllabus should more easily align objectives with course content and evaluation methods.
According to the Syllabus we should get learning outcomes of any subject .it is related by teaching learning process of class

Presently ,the state is pursuing towards achieving the objectives of NCERT by achieving the results of various academic aspects through the course head of science subject.

ReplyDeleteएनसीईआरटी दस्तावेज का मुख्य उद्देश्य ही शिक्षा में सुधार व गुणवत्ता लाना है यह सीखने सिखाने के परिणाम में यह दक्षता विकास की ओर ले जाती है एवं शिक्षा नीति निर्धारण करने में मदद करता है
ReplyDeleteपाठ्यक्रम और सीखने के प्रतिफल आपस में एक दूसरे के पूरक है। इसके बिना विद्यालय आधारित आकलन की परिकल्पना नहीं की जा सकती है।शिक्षक द्वारा बच्चों को दी जाने वाली शिक्षा का मुख्य उद्देश्य होता है बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास। इसके लिए बच्चों को सीखने सिखाने में शिक्षक को किताबी ज्ञान की अपेक्षा अनुभवात्मक एवं प्रयोगात्मक ज्ञान पर विशेष जोर देना चाहिए ताकि बच्चे उसे सीख कर अपनी जीवनशैली में उतार सके। इसे हेतु एनसीईआरटी के द्वारा शिक्षा में गुणवत्ता एवं सुधार लाने के उद्देश्य से अनेक प्रकार के दस्तावेज दिए गए हैं जो शिक्षक के लिए शिक्षण अधिगम प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करने हेतु हैं जिसके माध्यम से शिक्षक अपने शिक्षण अधिगम प्रक्रिया को विभिन्न प्रकार के टूल्स के माध्यम से प्रयोग करते हुए शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में,शिक्षण अधिगम प्रक्रिया में सुधार ला सकता है और उसे एक विश्लेषणात्मक प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत गुजार कर पुनः विश्लेषण के माध्यम से सीखने के प्रतिफल तक पहुंच सकता है।जो हमें सीखने सिखाने की प्रक्रिया में दक्ष करती है और एक परिणाम तक ले जाकर शिक्षा नीति के निर्धारण में विशेष प्रकार का सहयोग करती है
ReplyDeleteसीखने सिखाने की प्रक्रिया में अधिगम के प्रतिफल का सबसे पहले ध्यान रखना पड़ता है ।किसी भी विषय को पढ़ाने से पहले हमें विद्यार्थियों के बीच अधिगम के प्रतिफल को स्पष्ट करना चाहिए जैसे कि हम पर्यावरण पढ़ा रहे हैं या वायुमंडल पढ़ा रहे हैं जल पढ़ा रहे हैं तो इसे पढ़ा लेने के बाद बच्चे अपने जीवन में इस अधिगम के प्रतिफल का क्या उपयोग कर पाएंगे यह जानना बच्चों के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है वायुमंडल पढ़ाने के बाद अगर बच्चा वायु प्रदूषण रोकने में सफल होता है जल पाठ पढ़ाने के बाद जल के संरक्षण को बढ़ावा देता है तो हम कर सकते हैं हमारे अधिगम का प्रतिफल सफल रहा । अतः एनसीएफ 2005 के अनुसार हमें शिक्षण के दौरान अधिगम के प्रतिफल को विद्यालय के बाहर से जोड़कर शिक्षण करवाने पर बल देना चाहिए एनसीईआरटी इस दिशा में अनेक दस्तावेजों तथा अनुसंधान के जरिए इसे सफल बनाने का प्रयास कर रहा है ।धन्यवाद

learning outcomes are the reflection of what teacher has taught to their students and what is the response of students is they reach their goal or not .if not then teacher has to apply some another methods like art integrity to clear the concepts of children.so

ReplyDeleteSyllabus of any class and any subjects in state/UT.is related to NCERT documents because they follow the guideline of it. Which increase learning outcome to the students more. It goes more deeper in pedogoggy and teachers should be used as source inhancing material. It takes upward direction to teachers and students both. So both corelate themselves.

ReplyDeleteसीखने के परिणाम इस बात का प्रतिबिंब हैं कि शिक्षक को क्या पढ़ाना है और शिक्षार्थी से अपेक्षित शिक्षा क्या है।
ReplyDeleteसीखने के परिणाम शिक्षण रणनीतियों के साथ-साथ विशेष क्षेत्र/विषय के मूल्यांकन विधियों के लिए आधार प्रदान करते हैं।पाठ्यक्रम और सीखने के परिणाम आपस में जुड़े हुए हैं।
सीखने के परिणाम ऐसे कथन होते हैं जो एक वांछित स्थिति का वर्णन करते हैं। अर्थात ज्ञान, कौशल या आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए आवश्यक दृष्टिकोण।

एनसीईआरटी द्वारा अधिगम के परिणाम को ध्यान में रखते हुए कई प्रकार के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं पाठ्यक्रम में ऐसे पाठों का समावेश किया जा रहा है जिस को पढ़कर विद्यार्थी अपना भविष्य उज्जवल बना सकें अध्ययन अध्यापन की प्रक्रिया में अधिगम के प्रतिफल पर अवश्य ही ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए, इस दिशा में एनसीईआरटी के कार्य करने का प्रतिफल विद्यार्थी में बहुमुखी प्रतिभा का विकास भी है जो विद्यार्थी वर्ग के लिए लाभप्रद है।
