Games, sports and some physical activities that we do in day to day life promote emotional health and well-being. Examples of some activities are 

Indoor activities:  Crawl under tables, Use an object to practice balance, Jumping jacks, Dancing, Yogic activities …. 

Outdoor activities: Climbing a ladder, Jumping, crawling, and walking from one area to another, Zig-zag running between obstacles, Jump over various objects, Walking, ...Share some games, sports and activities, which help in fitness under each column.

  2. Games and sports are very important for children. I would like to share my childhood experience. I used to play many games,that helped me a lot for physical growth. It worked when I went to police election in adulthood. I easily qualified physical test and I was selected for three times in police. So I know the important of physical activities for children.

  7. By playing both outdoors and indoors, children get the benefits of outdoor play and the benefits of indoor play. That is, they get to enjoy enough physical activity as well as creativity and mental stimulation. Outdoor play keeps children active and can boost their physical stamina and fitness. Playing outdoor games can also strengthen their muscles and bones, build immunity, and lower the risk of many diseases like diabetes, heart problems, and obesity.

    These inculcate many moral values in an individual alongside side physical strength, stamina and agility.

    Outdoor activities: cutting of crops in the fields, climbing the trees, carrying the load on head or shoulders, etc,
    Indoor activities: moving the items inside the homes, roaming with pet animals, etc.

  24. खेल हमारे जीवन का अभिन्न अंग है जो हमारे शारीरिक विकास के साथ-साथ मानसिक व भावनात्मक विकास करता है और एकता की भावना ,स्वस्थ शरीर निर्माण,मनोवैज्ञानिक विकास को विकसित करते हुए जीवन के कौशल के रूप में भी जीवन के सामाजिक सांस्कृतिक संबंधों और सौहार्द को बढ़ाता है।
    स्वस्थ रहने के लिए व्यक्ति और बच्चों को शारीरिक गतिविधियों को करने की आवश्यकता होती है । जिसमें खेल और खेल कूद करना योग करना स्वस्थ भोजन और स्वास्थ्यकर आदतें शामिल हैं।
    बच्चों के शारीरिक विकास के लिए उन्हें हष्ट पुष्ट बनाकर जीवन में सकारात्मक बनाने व मानसिक विकास करने हेतु घर के अंदर खेले जाने वाले एवं घर के बाहर खेले जाने वाले खेलों को अपनाया जा सकता है । जिनमें सबसे महत्वपूर्ण योगा है, जो बच्चों के लिए आज एक अनिवार्य शिक्षा के रूप में जरूरी है।यह केवल शारीरिक आसन ही नहीं है बल्कि बच्चों के शारीरिक मानसिक और भावनात्मक स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत अच्छा है तथा स्वस्थ जीवन को प्रोत्साहित करता है। यह शारीरिक स्तर पर शक्ति , सहनशक्ति,धैर्य और उच्च ऊर्जा के विकास में मदद करता है ।यह स्वयं को मानसिक, आंतरिक और बाहरी समरसता की ओर ले जाने वाली एकाग्रता, शांति तथा संतोष में वृद्धि करता है
    जबकि घर से बाहर खेले जाने वाले खेलो से बच्चों के शरीर में ऊर्जा मजबूती तो आती ही है बल्कि व बच्चों में एकता , आत्म विश्वास, समूह भावना, सामाजिक संबंध, आपसी समझ जैसे गुणों को विकसित करती है। खेल रुचि को अपनाने वाले बच्चों के लिए जीवन के क्षेत्र में खेल को अपना लक्ष्य बनाकर उन्हें विकास करने कीदिशा प्रदान करती है।सीखने के कौशल को बढ़ाकर खेलकूद में प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाती है । व्यक्ति एव बच्चों में जोश भरती है। यह बच्चों में सतर्कता के साथ दैनिक कार्य लंबे समय तक करने की क्षमता को भी बढ़ाती है।सकारात्मक सोच के साथ खुशी प्रदान करते हुए चुनौतीपूर्ण परिस्थितियों से निपटने में भी मदद करती है और व्यक्ति के तनाव को भी कम करती है।
    इस तरहआंतरिक और बाहरी स्तर पर खेले जाने वाले सभी खेल व्यक्ति व बच्चों को शारीरिक मानसिक एवं भावनात्मक तरीके से पुष्ट बनाकर, क्षमता का विकास कर स्कूल एवं
    समाज में एक स्वस्थ वातावरण का निर्माण करते हैं जो व्यक्ति एवं बच्चों के जीवन विकास क्रम में सभी तरीकों से अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करते हैं।

  29. बहुत से खेल एवं शारीरिक गतिविधियाँ हैं जो दैनिक जीवन में हमे भावनात्मक एवं शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य बनाए रखने मे मदद करते हैं, जिनमे से कुछ हैं -
    1)आंतरिक गतिविधियां- रस्सी कूद, दंड बैठक, योग, छुपा-छुपी का खेल इत्यादि ।
    2)बाहरी गतिविधियां - दौड़ना, पिट्ठू का खेल, कुर्सी दौड़, खो-खो, कबड्डी इत्यादि ।

  30. I love games bcoz it develop all factors of being a good person. Phy. Socially. Mentally etc. I like indoor games and outdoor games but cause of physically challenged I can't play well. But I encourage always to our students to participate different type of games.

  36. नमस्कार मित्रों, जैसा कि एक प्रसिद्ध कहावत है स्वस्थ शरीर में ही स्वस्थ मस्तिष्क का निवास होता है ।तो मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति भी व्यक्ति के शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य पर निर्भर करता है और शरीर के स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने के लिए हमें संतुलित आहार के साथ-साथ खेलकूद ,नियमित व्यायाम करने की आवश्यकता होती है खेलकूद को हम दो भागों में बांटते हैं पहला जिसे हम मैदान में खेलते हैं तथा दूसरा जो घर के अंदर खेला जा सकता है खेल में शारीरिक गतिविधि का होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है खेल से हमें टीम भावना तथा मनोरंजन दक्षता विभिन्न मानसिक योग्यता के विकास में भी सहायता मिलती है अतः खेलकूद का हमारे जीवन में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है हमें पढ़ाई के साथ बच्चों में विभिन्न प्रकार की खेल गतिविधियों एवं प्रतियोगिता को भी प्रोत्साहन देना चाहिए और रुचि अनुसार उनके विकास में मदद करना चाहिए तभी हमारे बच्चे का सर्वांगीण विकास होगा। धन्यवाद

  37. खेल हमारे जीवन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं खेल हमें शारीरिक व मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ रखता है खेल हमारे जीवन का अभिन्न अंग है खेल को दो भागों में बांटा जा सकता है 1 घर के अंदर 2 घर के बाहर चाहे खेल कोई भी हो वह हमें टीम भावना एवं अनुशासन का सीख देता है स्कूलों में हमें खेल को भी प्रोत्साहन देना चाहिए ताकि बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास हो सके

  44. शरीर को स्वस्थ एवं दुरुस्त रखने के लिए शारीरिक मेहनत अति आवश्यक है चाहे वह मेहनत खेलों के माध्यम से अथवा व्यायाम के माध्यम से अथवा कठिन शारीरिक कार्य से होl शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए खेल बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है बच्चे जितना खेलते हैं उससे उनका मानसिक विकास भी होता है स्वतंत्र रूप से खेल का आनंद लेंगे उतनी मानसिक शांति एवं एकाग्रता बढ़ती है जिससे मानसिक विकास होता है इसलिए खेल पर ध्यान देना चाहिए l खेल से तन की सुस्ती दूर होती है खेलने से केवल शारीरिक विकास ही नहीं बल्कि मानसिक विकास, सामाजिक विकास एवं आध्यात्मिक विकास भी होता है l साथ ही नियम कानून में रहने के तौर तरीके सीखने को मिलते हैंl शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए खेल एवं व्यायाम का हमारे जीवन में विशेष महत्व हैl

  46. Games, sports as well as physical activities are necessary as they play important role in maintaining ours physical, mental health. There are various activities 1 can perform to keep themselves healthy. I do yoga, jogging and skipping everyday which is basic and important to maintain a healthy life I also love to play badminton, kho-kho and running. I love to play with my students this helps in maintaining their health too. Apart from this household activities also gives you strength and keeps us healthy.
    People says "laughter is a best medicine".And that's totally true we should be happy almost everytime because depression can lead to devastation of our mental health therefore each person should not only be physically healthy but mentally too.
